Client Experience

What do you find most fulfilling about your work?

Seeing my team learn, grow and succeed. Knowing that I’ve helped someone improve and get to the next level means more to me than any recognition or award ever will.

What traits help you succeed?

Curiosity and composure.

What motivates you?

Improvement, both professionally and personally. I believe every success or failure is a learning opportunity to set yourself up to be better next time.

How do you hold it together when things get stressful?

Do my best to keep things in perspective and come up with a plan of action. While projects can become overwhelming at times, taking a step back and breaking things down into smaller tasks helps me keep the ball rolling to get to the finish line.

A quick look at a picture or video of my son never hurts and instantly puts a smile on my face, regardless of the situation.

How have your roots contributed to who you are today?

Growing up in NYC, I was exposed early on to a world of diversity. It instilled in me an appreciation, curiosity and empathy for cultures and people from all walks of life. Practically speaking, I tend to ask a ton of questions and try to put myself in other people’s shoes.

What is your idea of happiness?

Spending time with my son. Being a new father has completely reframed my concept of happiness. From making him laugh to cleaning up after a blowout diaper, I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the word.

Your favorite motto, quote, saying?

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

What are your goals for your life?

Being the best husband and father that I can be.
